In the current role, Sibi engages with Government and industry stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement reforms to streamline timely processing of regulatory clearances and facilitation support required by enterprises throughout their business lifecycle.

Before joining Guidance, Sibi worked with mByom Consulting as a Consultant to the MSME Department, Government of Tamil Nadu and with the Founder’s office of Team Computers Private Ltd, gaining expertise in business process re-engineering, digital transformation, change management and public policy formulation. This background enables Sibi to implement initiatives to improve ease of doing business in Tamil Nadu, working at the intersection of government and business needs.

Sibi holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore and PG Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University. Sibi is passionate about bringing out governance reforms to improve the business environment and overall ease of living in Tamil Nadu.
