Associate Vice President
Beula serves as Associate Vice President at Guidance Tamil Nadu, specialising in Ease of Doing Business and IT Program Management. With a career spanning in e-Governance Consulting, Implementation of Large Scale Digital transformation projects, SCM Planning and Education Sector. Some of the key State and Central Government IT projects implemented include IT Modernisation Project for Department of Posts, CCTNS for TN Police Dept , IFHRMS for TN Finance Dept, TN VAT & GST Implementation for Commercial Taxes Dept, Single Window Portal for Online PPA implementation in DTCP,CMDA,RDPR,CTP,GCC &CMA and PMKKKY project for Ministry of Mines. Beula brings in relevant expertise from private and public sectors to implement best practices for enhancing ease of doing business in Tamil Nadu.
In the current role, Beula engages with Government and Industry stakeholders to identify the challenges and mitigate the same through Single Window Portal Enhancement, Deregulations, Simplified application procedures and timely processing of regulatory clearances and facilitation support required by enterprises throughout their business life cycle.
Before joining Guidance, Beula worked with Accenture, PWC, TNeGA, NISG and EFKON India Pvt.Ltd gaining expertise in Business process re-engineering, Large Scale Digital transformation, IT Program Management and Government Contract Management. This background enables Beula to implement IT Initiatives and Statutory reforms to improve Ease of doing business in Tamil Nadu to facilitate the requirements of Industries and Government.
Beula holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathidasan University and MBA in Project Management from Bharathiyar University. Beula is passionate about bringing out governance reforms to improve the business environment and overall ease of living in Tamil Nadu.
