In his current role, Gomathienayagam plays a key role in advancing digital governance and Ease of Doing Business initiatives through the implementation of technology-enabled solutions and process reforms. He has experience in business analysis, functional solution design, stakeholder management, workflow optimization, system implementation, performance analytics, and digital transformation initiatives that support efficient and transparent government service delivery.

Prior to joining Guidance Tamil Nadu, Gomathienayagam worked as a Technical Assistant Engineer in the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, where he supported infrastructure project execution and coordinated with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.

Gomathienayagam holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology. He is passionate about leveraging technology, data analytics, and digital governance to improve public service delivery and foster a more efficient and business-friendly regulatory environment in Tamil Nadu.
