set up a Digital Accelerator Program to attract start-ups from the U.S. and in India to start business
in Tamil Nadu.

Passed the due diligence process of the initiative
Received prior funding from investors for the start-up from the U.S. or
India
Launched early version of the product or service
Received traction from the customers, including proof of concept/pilot
Applied for intellectual property rights and
Have some existing business or activities in Tamil Nadu
Eligible start-ups will qualify for equity-free reimbursement grant of 10% of the
capital raised subject to a cap of Rs 1 crore per start-up.
ATEA will examine, curate and evaluate application submitted
ATEA will shortlist the application submitted
Evaluation cum Sanction Committee chaired by Guidance will review the
shortlisted start-ups
